Children Matter at Park!
Park Rangers
A Fellowship Group for ages 3 through 2nd grade
The Park Rangers have monthly activities to nourish relationships, build
a love for the church, and prepare children for the Christian life.
There are movie nights and special trips throughout the year. Some
events do require extra money, but scholarships are available so that no
child is ever excluded.

Junior Youth Fellowship
The JYF have monthly activities to nourish relationships, build
understandings of friendships, and explore the Christian faith. As
this is a time when baptism is often explored, greater attention is
given to the development of faith in JYF. Summer camps are
available for this age, too. Some events do require extra money,
but scholarships are available so that no child is ever excluded.

little friends, the puppets. Often, they are familiar songs with a

Children are always welcome to be in worship services with the
entire congregation. There is also the option of attending
Children's Church which begins following the children's sermon
in worship. (Children do not leave worship until that
point.) Children's church is for children ages 3 through
5th grade.
A rotation of volunteers hosts this time of worship as young
people make their way through the Bible, one story at a time.
The time also mirrors worship as it is a time of preparation for
a life lived in community and worship of God.
